Guided meditation in the form of bedtime story for children | in Persian
Meditation for children is a wonderful way to help kids develop emotional balance, mental relaxation, and better sleep quality. We have designed a special collection of Yoga Nidra audio stories for children, titled “Bedtime Stories”, specifically for kids aged 3 to 7 years old. This program consists of five engaging stories, each inspired by one of the five natural elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether), aiming to foster emotional and mental harmony while strengthening a child’s connection with nature.

Our guided audio sessions as children’s meditation are based on Yoga Nidra, also known as “observing the process of sleeping” it is one of the most effective meditation techniques for reducing stress, enhancing relaxation, and improving sleep quality. This advanced technique has been adapted into simple bedtime stories, allowing children to naturally and enjoyably benefit from meditation. Through these guided meditations, children can experience deep and restful sleep while cultivating a greater sense of inner peace in their daily lives.

Each story in this collection stimulates imagination and creativity while also providing children with practical tools for emotional regulation and relaxation. By focusing on the natural elements, this meditation series creates a meaningful opportunity for children to connect with both themselves and their surroundings.

This collection offers a fun and soothing way for children to experience meditation, reduce anxiety, and develop a habit of mindfulness. Parents can incorporate these audio stories into their child’s nighttime routine, creating a calm and comforting atmosphere before sleep.
