Mr. Farhad Sedarat is a dedicated yoga instructor and translator with approximately 20 years of experience in the field of yoga. His journey in yoga began with a deep passion for exploring its physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. Since 2009, he has been actively involved in teaching practical yoga at various institutions, helping students develop a deeper understanding of yoga’s philosophy and techniques.
Over the years, Mr. Sedarat has conducted numerous workshops, training courses, and seminars on both theoretical and practical aspects of yoga. His teachings focus on integrating traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific understanding to promote holistic well-being.
