Events related to children’s yoga include meetings, seminars, and conferences organized by Viveka Yoga Academy, a dedicated and active center in the field of yoga education for children, teenagers, families, and instructors.
These events aim to introduce institutions, schools, kindergartens, families, children, and adolescents to yoga and meditation. The participation of children and teenagers in regular yoga classes, along with raising awareness among families, school administrators, and educational staff, plays a significant role in aligning efforts toward enhancing the physical and mental well-being of children and adolescents.
