Children & Teen Yoga Classes with Ghazaleh Adampour

Yoga is one of the best ways to strengthen the body and mind of children. In our yoga classes, we aim to enhance children’s physical and mental well-being through fun and age-appropriate exercises. Our students are placed in a supportive and engaging environment, where they learn yoga in a joyful and interactive manner suited to their age group.

We recognize individual differences and children’s interests, incorporating them into our class planning. At times, we create collaborative projects to make the learning experience even more enjoyable. From breathing exercises to rhythmic movements and relaxation techniques, every activity is designed to boost focus and happiness in children.

Many families attending our classes have reported that yoga has helped their children develop better focus, build self-esteem, and learn yogic techniques to manage emotions and feelings. However, our goal in teaching yoga to children is not about achieving quick results. Instead, we create a rich learning experience, allowing children to enjoy the process of learning yoga.

Enjoying the learning experience often leads to prioritizing that activity in adulthood. Many of our students who started yoga at age 3 or 4 continue to enjoy and practice it into their teenage years, despite life’s ups and downs. The continuity and enjoyment of an activity can leave a lasting impact on a person’s life.
