Ghazaleh Adampour, a PhD student in Yoga in India, is a pioneer in teaching yoga to children and teenagers in Iran. She holds a degree in Educational Technology from Allameh Tabataba’i University and a Master’s in Vedic studies from Tesla University. By leveraging her academic knowledge and practical experience, she has played a significant role in expanding the knowledge of yoga for children, families, and child yoga instructors.
Ghazaleh Adampour, the founder of Viveka Yoga Academy, operates under the first International Yoga Alliance in India. This innovative system, established in 2016, offers training courses for child and teenage yoga instructors and has become one of the most reputable centers for Children yoga training through its professional development workshops and international certifications.
Her educational activities began in 2010. She has been actively involved in courses, seminars, universities, and various yoga institutes around the world including Bihar Yoga Bharati, Rikhiapeeth Satyananda Ashram, Swami Vivekananda Yoga University, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ashram, Dev Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya University in India, and Rainbow Yoga Teacher Training in Australia.
Since 2020, she has been offering yoga instructor training courses, specialized workshops, and book clubs for parents and instructors, significantly contributing to the promotion and development of children’s yoga. Her efforts also extend to schools, kindergartens, and centers such as Nikrah Institute, Badr Institute, Koodakan-e-Donya Institute, Qesseh-va-Afsaneh Bookstore, Hayat Complex, and Nature Schools, enhancing yoga’s reach among children and teenagers.
Other activities include teaching astronomy and swimming to children, creating educational content in magazines such as Asman-Nama, Nabat, and Daneshe Yoga, and designing educational products like “Introduction to Mrs. Sun’s Family” Multimedia for children. Her first translation work was “Yoga Education for Children” from Bihar publications.
She remains active in international conferences, research, and events, continually seeking new ways to improve the health and awareness of children and teenagers.
She is the founder of Viveka Yoga Academy under the oldest Yoga Alliance International in India. Viveka Yoga academy, a comprehensive and innovative system for teaching yoga to children, teenagers, families, and instructors, was established in 2016 by Ghazaleh Adampour.
This system aims to combine scientific knowledge, creativity, and practical experience to offer a unique approach to enhancing physical, mental, and emotional health.
Our coaching courses and workshops are conducted under this system, and our instructors’ certifications are issued from this center. Viveka Yoga, with its presence in international events and collaboration with prominent teachers from around the world, consistently strives to keep its educational programs up-to-date, and all team instructors are trained at this academy.
